The company was founded on the 6th of June 2009 and registered with the Registrar of Companies. It has been certified and accredited tax practitioner registered with SARS's Practitioners Unit. We are a 100% BEE owned company S.B.A.S is actively involved int he provision of Accounting, Tax and Business Solutions services to both Public and Private sectors alike.

• To be part of the SMME's growth and success in Southern Africa.
• To offer Tax and Business services to businesses in their convenient time and friendly environment.
• To build Tax and Accounting capacity for business owners, corporate entities and aspiring business owners. .
